Job Summary
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our client success team. In this role, you’ll manage client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and contribute to the ongoing success of our digital marketing services. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver digital marketing strategies that drive results. This role is ideal for someone passionate about client relationships and looking to make a tangible impact in a growing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for their accounts.
- Understand each client’s business goals and develop tailored marketing strategies to achieve them.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including SEO, content, and paid media, to ensure cohesive execution of marketing plans.
- Monitor and report on account performance, delivering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular client check-ins and strategy meetings to update on performance and address any issues.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional Truvolv services that align with client needs.
- Manage client expectations and ensure a high level of client satisfaction through consistent communication and problem-solving.
- Coordinate project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met on schedule and within budget.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management, client services, or a related role within a digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, Google Business Profiles, content marketing, and paid advertising.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain strategies to clients.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present insights to clients.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Nice to Have Traits
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday, Trello).
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other digital marketing analytics tools.
- Previous experience in a remote work environment.
